Since 15 april sender or receiver name via WU/MG has to be the same that written in WMID.We will have to refund WMZ deduct WM fee if outexchange name doesn't correspond to receiver's name! It's good to put in memo of WU order exact name that written in WMID, so we will able to check it. Also it's necessary to have formal passport issued not earlier than 7 days to make outexchanges.
